Mickee may have known something was coming, because from what I could find, without going too deep in, there really is only one file here that should be deleted without opening. The one titled "Gage." That one can just be deleted.
Most of these are beautiful photos of flowers he grew.
Mind you, if this computer is riddles with viruses, as Mickee said, it could be dangerous to keep and view anything from this computer on any other machine. I don't know computers well enough to say for sure.
